On September 20, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a change in the approach to calculating royalty for gas production, changing the tax base from international hubs to domestic prices. The Law came into force on October 1. A correspondent for "Ukrainian Energy" interviewed the Executive Director of the Association of Gas Producers of Ukraine, Artem Petrenko, about legislative changes and the state of the industry in general.
