War unifies Ukrainians and the civilized world: everyone in their place is doing everything possible and impossible for Ukraine to defeat the aggressor as quickly as possible and restore peace in every corner of our country. From the first days of the full-scale Russian invasion, gas producers have been providing comprehensive support to the Armed Forces, volunteers, and local communities and continue to do so.
At the request of Oleg Synehubov, the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, companies associated with the Association, namely DTEK Naftogaz, Esco-Pivnich, Ukrnaftoburinnya, and Smart Energy (PJSC Ukrgazvydobutok), have purchased a domestically produced armoured vehicle for the National Police of the Kharkiv region. The vehicle has a high level of personnel protection against mines and explosive devices and is equipped with a heavy machine gun, providing an advantage in the fight against the aggressor. The armoured vehicle was handed over to the special operations unit KORD, whose fighters and the Armed Forces defend Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity from Russian terrorists.
"This is one of the small but important contributions of gas producers to support the Ukrainian army and strengthen its defence capabilities", noted Artem Petrenko, the Association's Executive Director.
Through joint efforts and daily work, responsible businesses help the defenders, the economy, and the entire state withstand this difficult time and achieve Victory over the aggressor on all fronts. We thank the companies associated with the Association for their involvement in this vital cause.
