Interdepartmental commission has chosen the winners of 3 PSA tenders

Interdepartmental Commission has announced the winners of 3 PSA tenders during today’s meeting.

According to the assessment of applications:

• York Energy (UK) is recommended as winner regards development of Ichnyanska block;
• European energy holding EPH (Nafta) is recommended as winner of the tenders regards development of Okhtyrska and Hrunivska blocks.

It shall be recalled, that according to the tender condition, minimal investment commitments into development of three block for the first five years will be at least $70 million.

During the month period, the Government should consider the Interdepartmental Commission’s recommendations and approve the winner of the tenders.
