Ukraine’s energy infrastructure continues to suffer from ongoing attacks by the enemy, and its restoration demands significant human and material resources. Under these circumstances, businesses are being forced to adapt to a new reality — developing their own energy generation capacities, including a shift toward alternative energy sources, in an effort to gain at least a degree of energy independence. However, experts point out that the main challenge facing Ukraine is the shortage of generation capacity.
At the Х Business & Legal Energy Forum, participants will discuss the strategic challenges facing the energy sector, the current state of international support for Ukraine’s energy system, whether generation capacity is being optimized to meet system demands, and the difficulties businesses face in securing their own energy supply. The event will take place on September 23, 2025.
